Gary Lee, IIDA, founded Gary Lee Partners in 1993 to serve clients who value the impact of design on the human experience. Mr. Lee’s holistic approach to design has led his firm beyond the creation of memorable commercial interiors and into the realms of architecture and product design. His work has earned numerous accolades including the Interiors Designer of the Year award, membership in Interior Design magazine’s Hall of Fame and the IIDA’s Design Leadership Award. Mr. Lee is also recognized as an inspiring mentor for promising design talent and as an active leader in the architecture and design community, serving on a number of juries and panels, as well as the Board of Directors for the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, DIFFA and Chicago House.
