Warranty

Martin Brattrud warrants its seating and tables to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years, based on a single shift business day, from date of delivery.

During the warranty period Martin Brattrud will repair or, at its option, replace free of charge, products that are proven to be defective.

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, tampering or negligence. Wood furniture is made of raw materials with natural variations. Among wood species, differences in grain and color are due to the natural character of wood and are not within the control of Martin Brattrud, nor considered defects in this warranty.

Specialty specified materials like textiles, leathers, custom specified materials, and custom components (i.e.. power units, lighting components, etc..) are not covered by this warranty. Warranty details for specialty materials can be found with the specific materials manufacturer. Martin Brattrud leathers are not warranted against fading, wear or marking since these are beyond Martin Brattrud's control.
