About Us

We are an established furniture manufacturer, operating in the South Bay of Los Angeles since 1946. Our factory is on site. We specialize in the manufacturing of high-end, contract-grade upholstered seating and tables. 

About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and design-minded creative with strong photography, graphic design and communication skills. Being a private business, our candidate will be able to adapt, learn, and flex to handle various responsibilities. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real experience across media creation, communications, branding, layout, digital strategy, and design-thinking principles. For the right candidate, this internship could transition into a full-time role. 

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate, assist, photograph products on site in a professional cyclorama studio
• Assist in the development of digital content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
• Support quotations team with pre-production photography & low fidelity 3d renderings
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to create compelling visuals and copy that align with brand guidelines
• Support content scheduling and distribution efforts to ensure timely delivery and engagement
• Participate in weekly marketing team meetings & brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas and strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh perspectives to our content

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography and Media, Strategic Communications, or a related field
• Understanding of principles of photography and composition
• Understanding of principles of Graphic Design
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation
• Organized, adaptable, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Bonus: passion for furniture design

Preferred Skills

• Photography and Video creation
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Canva (or other visual design platforms)
• Presentation tools (Keynote, Google Slides) with strong design sense
• Bonus: SketchUp or other 3D modeling experience
